Do you still remember that we held a“safe dictionary——FLFC Management 

knowledge competition ”in the last day of September?  We received 531 feedback from different teachers in FLFC school across the country.


We held this competition in order to raise the FLFC school`s awareness about food safety and fund security.


Today ,Niuniu is going to show the results of this competition publicly including the person and organizations which won the award.


This activity began at 13:00 on 30th September . We totally received 531 feedback unit 14:00 and 512 pieces of them submitted by project schools excepting 18 invalid questionnaires from workers, volunteers and repeated schools.


The questions of competition originally came form ‘’FLFC Food Hygiene Safety Instruction Manual ‘’‘’FLFC Project School Standardized Execution Discipline‘’and‘’FLFC School`s Application Anstruction Manual‘’etc.


The exam was composed of three forms, single choice , multiple choice and gap filing, covering bills, meal standard, fund, financial management, table-ware disinfection, reserved food sample, kitchen& kitchener health, microblog publicity, emergency plan, working discipline etc, involved various aspects about school management.


Plenty of schools and teachers participated this competition. They came from extensive areas, for instance, Hubei, Sichuan, Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Chongqing.  The pageviews reached 1453 times.
